1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RentTolet Bangladesh (the “Platform”), its pages, groups, channels and services. By using or paying for any service you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Service

  • RentTolet Bangladesh is an online advertising platform that enables users to publish paid rental advertisements for properties (flats, rooms, offices, shops, hostels, sublets, etc.).
  • We do not act as a broker, agent, guarantor or legal advisor. We only provide advertising and promotional services.

3. Posting & Content Rules

  • All posts in district groups and pages are paid ads only, unless otherwise announced by admin.
  • Advertisers must provide accurate information. Misleading, illegal or offensive content is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
  • Photos/videos are recommended to increase reach and trust. If provided, media must be owned by the advertiser or legally permitted to use.

4. Payments & Publishing

  • Payments must be made via our official channels before publication. See our Payment Policy.
  • Normal Post: 50 BDT (lifetime visibility). Featured Post: 100 BDT (admin posted). Pin Post: 50 BDT/day. Premium: 1000+ BDT (custom campaign).
  • No Refunds — payments are final once the ad is approved and published (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

5. Admin Rights

Admins have the right to approve, reject, edit or remove any post and to suspend or ban users who violate rules. Admin decisions are final.

6. Liability & Limitation

RentTolet Bangladesh, its owner (UMOR FARUK RIMON), agents or staff are not liable for any loss, fraud, damage or dispute arising from user interactions, transactions or property agreements. Users transact at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, text, images and assets are property of RentTolet Bangladesh. Unauthorized reuse or copying is prohibited (see Copyright & DMCA).

8. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service you consent to our data practices.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms. We will publish the last updated date on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be subject to courts in Dhaka unless otherwise required by law.
