Overview

All payments received for ad posting services are considered final and non-refundable except in rare administrative error cases as described below.

No Refund Policy

  • By purchasing a paid ad you accept that the payment is non-refundable once the ad is approved and published.
  • This policy protects the platform from abuse and ensures operational stability.

Exceptional Cases (At Admin Discretion)

In rare situations such as double-charging by the platform due to system error or clear administrative fault, the company may review and consider a partial or full refund. Such decisions are made only after verification and at the sole discretion of RentTolet Bangladesh.

How to Request Review

  1. Send an email to renttoletbangladesh@gmail.com with subject “Refund Request” including payment proof (TxnID, screenshot) and explanation.
  2. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and investigate; final decision is at admin discretion.

Cancellation by Advertiser

Advertisers may request removal of their ad at any time, but payments will not be refunded.
