RentTolet Bangladesh provides paid property advertisement posting and promotional services through designated Facebook Pages and Groups. This page explains our available packages, prices, service scope, payment process, and important conditions.

1. Basic Post — ৳50
Basic Post is the standard paid posting option for customers who want to submit a property rental advertisement or rental request through their own Facebook ID in the relevant RentTolet Bangladesh district Group.
How it works:
- Select the relevant district Group and review its rules.
- Follow the applicable paid posting process and payment instructions.
- Prepare accurate information and any permitted supporting media.
- Publish the post using your own Facebook ID according to the confirmed instructions.
Basic Post does not include publication by RentTolet Bangladesh on its official District Page. It does not include pinned placement or a Premium advertising campaign.
2. Highlight Post — ৳100
Highlight Post is designed for customers who want RentTolet Bangladesh to publish their submitted property advertisement through both the relevant official District Page and District Group.
Included service scope:
- Submission of property information by the customer.
- Review of the submitted material for completeness and compliance with applicable posting rules.
- Publication through the relevant official District Page and District Group, according to the confirmed arrangement.
Pin Promotion is not automatically included in the Highlight Post price. If pinning is available and requested, its price, duration, and placement must be agreed separately before payment.
Publication remains subject to complete information, payment confirmation, moderation requirements, and applicable Facebook policies.
3. Pin Promotion — ৳50 per Day
Pin Promotion is an additional paid placement option intended to keep an eligible post in a pinned position where the relevant Facebook Group or platform functionality allows it.
1 day: ৳50
7 days: ৳350
30 days: ৳1,500
The 30-day package is a discounted package compared with the daily rate. Confirm the intended start time, end time, eligible post, and availability before paying.
Pin Promotion is intended for eligible Highlight Posts and is not automatically included with Basic Post or Premium Promotion Campaigns. Actual placement depends on availability, group administration, and Facebook functionality.
When the paid pin period ends, the pin placement ends. This does not automatically mean the underlying post will be deleted; the post remains subject to platform availability, applicable rules, and any necessary moderation.
4. Premium Promotion Campaign — ৳1,000+
Premium Promotion Campaign is a customized service for customers seeking a more tailored advertising arrangement. The final price depends on the agreed scope, campaign requirements, creative work, duration, targeting, and advertising budget.
Depending on the written agreement, a campaign may include:
- Campaign planning and promotional recommendations.
- Publication or promotion through an eligible RentTolet Bangladesh Page.
- Preparation or adjustment of advertising content based on supplied information.
- Facebook paid advertising or boosting, if agreed and available.
- An agreed campaign duration, service scope, and reporting arrangement where applicable.
Advertising budget clarification: Before payment, RentTolet Bangladesh will clarify whether the quoted amount includes Facebook's advertising spend or whether the advertising budget is separate from the service fee. No ad spend, reach, impressions, clicks, enquiries, leads, or rental outcome should be assumed unless expressly included in the written agreement.
Premium Promotion Campaign is a customized campaign service, not a pinned Group post or a Group Featured Post by default. Its exact deliverables must be agreed before payment.
Property Information and Media Requirements
Customers should provide complete, accurate, and lawful property information. Depending on the advertisement, relevant details may include:
- Property type and location.
- Rent or asking price and any additional charges.
- Availability date, facilities, and relevant conditions.
- Authorized contact information.
- Photos or videos, when available and permitted for use.
Photos and videos are recommended because they can make a property advertisement more informative. They are not universally mandatory for every service unless the relevant posting rules or agreed package specifically require them. If media is supplied, it should be relevant, accurate, and authorized for publication.
Customers are responsible for having the necessary permission to use submitted text, photographs, videos, logos, and personal information.
Payment Methods and Confirmation
Please obtain the current payment instructions directly from an official RentTolet Bangladesh communication channel before transferring money.
When requesting payment confirmation, provide the requested service, amount, payment date, and transaction reference where necessary. Never share your PIN, password, or OTP.
A service is not confirmed merely because a payment has been initiated. Publication or campaign arrangements begin after the payment and required information have been confirmed, subject to the agreed service terms.
Publication, Duration, and Availability
RentTolet Bangladesh does not intentionally remove an advertisement merely because a pin or paid promotion period has ended. However, continued availability of a post cannot be guaranteed permanently because Facebook may remove, restrict, archive, or otherwise affect content, accounts, Pages, Groups, or advertising services.
Pin duration and campaign duration apply only to the specifically agreed promotional service. A paid campaign ending does not automatically imply that the original post will be deleted.
Publication timing and visibility can be affected by moderation, technical issues, incomplete information, policy changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Please confirm the selected package, total amount, deliverables, and any campaign budget before payment. Our general policy is that payments are non-refundable once a service has been properly provided or a paid campaign has commenced, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.
Incorrect or duplicate payments, payment errors, service non-delivery, or other exceptional circumstances may require individual review. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude a consumer right or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Important Terms and Limitations
- All advertisements must comply with applicable laws and relevant Facebook policies.
- Customers must not submit knowingly false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
- RentTolet Bangladesh does not guarantee that an advertisement will result in enquiries, a successful rental, or a completed transaction.
- Publication does not automatically verify legal ownership, identity, property condition, or the truth of every claim.
- Prospective tenants and other users should independently verify property details and advertiser authority before paying deposits or signing agreements.
- We may refuse, delay, or remove content that appears to violate applicable rules, laws, or platform requirements.
These terms do not limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
