1. What is RentTolet Bangladesh?

RentTolet Bangladesh is the largest online rental platform in Bangladesh, connecting property owners and tenants across 64 districts. We provide paid ad posting services for flats, rooms, hostels, shops, offices, and commercial spaces.

2. Is posting free or paid?

All posts are paid only. We do not allow free posting in our groups or pages. Paid posting ensures better quality, less spam, and professional service.

3. What types of posts are available?

  • Normal Post (50 BDT) – Lifetime visibility.
  • Featured Post (100 BDT) – Highlighted by admin.
  • Pin Post (50 BDT/day) – Stays on top.
  • Premium Ads (1000+ BDT) – Custom campaigns with boost.

4. How long will my ad stay active?

Normal and Featured ads remain visible for a lifetime. Pin Posts stay only for the purchased days. Premium Ads depend on the campaign setup.

5. What are the payment methods?

6. How do I submit ad details?

After payment, send your ad details (location, rent, description, photos/videos) through WhatsApp or Telegram. Admin will verify and post.

7. Are photos or videos required?

Not mandatory, but highly recommended. Minimum 5 photos if submitted. Ads with photos/videos attract more tenants.

8. Can I edit my post later?

Normal and Featured ads cannot be edited. Premium Ads may be updated during the campaign upon client request.

9. Do you provide refunds?

No. All payments are non-refundable. Double-check your details before confirming payment.

10. Can I post ads from my personal profile?

No. All ads are posted directly from RentTolet Bangladesh’s official pages/groups only.

11. Is RentTolet Bangladesh verified?

Yes. We keep records of all payments and ads. However, we are not responsible for disputes between owners and tenants.

14. How do Featured Posts work?

Featured posts are created and published by our admin team directly in district pages/groups for maximum trust and visibility.

15. What is a Premium Ad?

Premium Ads are fully customizable campaigns. They may include Facebook Boost, professional visuals, and extended reach. Price starts from 1000 BDT.

16. Can I get a receipt for payment?

Yes. After successful payment and confirmation, we provide a digital receipt for your records.

17. What categories can I post in?

You can post for Flats, Rooms, Hostels, Sublets, Bachelor Mess, Offices, Shops, and Commercial Spaces.

18. Do you guarantee tenants or deals?

No. We guarantee visibility and reach, not actual rental deals. Final agreement is between owner and tenant.

19. What happens if I post fake or misleading ads?

Fake, misleading, or illegal ads will be removed immediately without refund. Offenders may be permanently banned.

20. Where else are ads published?

Your ads may also be shared on our official Facebook Pages, Groups, Telegram Channel, and WhatsApp Channel for maximum exposure.
